The Mall of Rosebank offers the opportunity to outside companies to exhibit their product/services inside the Mall.

• Stands and displays must be of a high, professional standard. Handwritten signs are not allowed.
• Eating and drinking on stands is not permitted.
• Any tables are to be covered by floor length table cloths, provided by the exhibitor.
• Exhibitors must provide a suitable quality extension cable, of sufficient length to reach the court from the nearest plug outlet. The extension cable and ALL wiring is to be fixed to the floor with silver duct tape. PACKING TAPE IS NOT PERMITTED.
• Standard height of display equipment is 1.5m, and up to 2.5m wide.
• Pull up banners may reach 1.8m, provided they are no wider than 80cm.
• Stands must be manned 9am - 6pm Mon - Sat, 10 - 3pm Sun.
• The Centre Management reserves the right to arrange the display to the satisfaction of surrounding tenant shops.
• Tenants have priority over outside exhibitors on bookings.
• NO exhibitions which contain products and / or services which are deemed to conflict with Tenants will be permitted.
• A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to set up, or no shows, will forfeit the deposit.
• Balance of payment to be made prior to set up.
• An exhibition permit will be given to exhibitors once payment has been received. This must be presented to Security upon set up. No set up will be permitted without this permit.
• Exhibitors are required to have Public Liability Insurance, and the Centre reserves the right to request a copy thereof.
• Set up is by 9.00am Tuesday morning, and break down after 5.00pm on Monday.
